About the Position We are looking for an experienced and dependable Granite Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience fabricating and finishing granite, quartz, marble, and other stone materials and takes pride in producing high-quality countertops and stone surfaces. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fabrication environment. Responsibilities Measure, cut, shape, and fabricate granite, quartz, marble, and other stone materials Operate stone fabrication equipment, including saws, polishers, grinders, and CNC machinery as applicable Read and interpret measurements, drawings, templates, and job specifications Polish, edge, finish, and detail stone surfaces to meet quality standards Inspect finished pieces for accuracy, quality, and defects Prepare stone for installation and assist with loading and handling materials Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures Properly maintain and care for tools and equipment Work efficiently while meeting production schedules and deadlines Qualifications Previous experience in granite or stone fabrication preferred Experience with granite, quartz, marble, or other natural/engineered stone Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow measurements Ability to safely operate fabrication tools and equipment Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to lift and move heavy stone materials with proper assistance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Entry-level candidates with construction, countertop installation, masonry, woodworking, or similar hands-on experience may also be considered. Training may be available for the right candidate.
