Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Job description: Express Employment is hiring Printing / Slitting Associates for a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility in Morrisville. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow with a company that offers overtime, attendance bonuses, and safety bonuses.Job Duties:
- Operate printing and slitting equipment according to production requirements
- Set up and monitor machines to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform wrapping and overwrap of finished products
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and visual defects
- Verify materials, measurements, and product specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience:
- 2-6+ months of manufacturing, machine operation, printing, slitting, or warehouse experience
- Quality control or product inspection experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
Schedule & Pay :
7:00 AM- 7:00 PM | $15.00/hr 7:00 PM
- 7:00 AM | $16.13/hr 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
