Due to significant company growth we are currently seeking a few people to join our team in various departments. These positions require no previous experience as each will include the on the job training needed for individual success. The ideal candidates should be detail oriented in addition to having the ability to work with their hands, follow detailed instructions/procedures and drawings, and work in a fast-paced, light industrial environment. Candidates will work in various stages of our manufacturing process. These areas include CNC laser operation, Die maker, Finishing department, Shipping/Receiving, and delivery driving. These positions will require you to be on your feet for the duration of the shift. The successful candidate will have the following skills and abilities: Hands on mechanical skills for assembly and craftwork. Ability to work with hand tools Strong communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written work instructions Strong organization skills and detail focus Good measuring skills Safety and quality driven in a fast paced, team environment

Additional Desirables:

Experience or background in the packaging industry or steel rule die making Experience in a manufacturing, light industrial, or job shop environment Mechanical aptitude

Positional Hours:

Die making hours range between 6am

• 4:30pm Finishing department hours range between 9:00am
• 5:30pm Starting Compensation range: $17.00
• $20 per hour with potential for more with experience
