Job Description
Job Overview Manufacturing Associate - Weekday 1st Shift Mechanics & Carpenters should apply. Monday thru Thursday 7:00AM to 5:30PM Liberty Trailers, A Division of Talbert Manufacturing 5806 York Martin Rd, Liberty, NC 27298 336-622-7300 As a Manufacturing Associate you may be required to work individually or in a work team across a variety of departments within the Liberty, NC facility, which may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Trailer Preparation
- Plumbing (Air, Electrical, Hydraulic)
- Final Assembly (Tires, Decals, Decking)
Sand Blasting/Shot Blasting Basic Qualifications:
- Previous automotive, mechanical, or construction experience.
- Experience with Table Saws and Radial Arm Saws.
- Able to read, write, and interpret documents.
- Able to read a tape measure down to at least 1/16".
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Top Candidates Qualifications may include:
- 1 to 3 years of assembly/repairing/troubleshooting experience.
- 1 to 3 years of automotive experience.
- 1 to 3 years of residential or industrial maintenance experience.
- 1 to 3 years of construction experience.
- Experience with assembly tools (hand tools, air tools, pneumatic tools, etc.)
- Associate in Applied Science Degree - Automotive Systems, Electrical Systems
- Military Service.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting hourly pay rate of $16.50/hr to $18.50/hr plus incentives.
- 1st Shift Position, 40 hour work weeks with potential for Overtime.
- Military Service Premium at $1.00 per hour.

- All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening before they can be hired to any Liberty Trailers position.

Pay:
$16.50 - $18.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
