Job Description:

We are currently seeking 1 associates to join our team on 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Production associates must be able to learn to operate multiple machines. Must be able to lift 80 lbs. routinely throughout an 8-hour workday. Communicating and collaborating with the production lead and teammates will be key. Adapting methods and practices to better ensure safety and production.

Job Responsibilities:

Performs all work in compliance with company policy and safety guidelines Propose new safety standards Maintains high production and accuracy rate Follows all 5s guidelines Safely work with all equipment, machines, and tools required for job completion (i.e. fork truck, pallet jack, press brake, plasma cutting laser, robot welder, and countersink) Assists in loading and unloading products Maintain all equipment and keeps tools in good working condition Maintain a clean, professional, and organized warehouse and all other affiliated areas Notify Warehouse Manager of safety concerns Examine and inspect stock items for accuracy and quality Work effectively with all other departments as needed

Job Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Ability to work in a high paced environment

Self-motivated Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 80 Lbs.
Ability to stand for up to 10 Hours daily
Kneel, bend and lift
