Position Overview We are seeking motivated 3rd shift Production Workers to support our manufacturing operations. You'll be part of a collaborative crew that produces top-tier products while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. This is an immediate-start opportunity with room for advancement as you gain experience and demonstrate capability. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Depending on Position you may be Painting, Powder Coating, Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and lines while following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform quality checks and inspect products for defects, documenting results and taking corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Meet daily production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process improvements and participating in team huddles.
• Collaborate with teammates across shifts to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent production flow. What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or GED preferred; entry-level applicants welcome.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; ability to bend, reach, and twist as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good manual dexterity.
• Basic reading/comprehension skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; positive attitude and a safety-first mindset.
• Willingness to work a 3rd shift schedule and comply with attendance policies; prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to pass pre-employment requirements background check and drug screen.
• Competitive hourly wage up to $20.70 depending on Shift and Exerience with overtime opportunities.
