Marvin is seeking a First Shift Production Associate to help build premium windows, doors, and skylights in our manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you'll operate equipment, assemble components, and perform visual and dimensional quality checks while following established safety and work instructions. Responsibilities Operate production and assembly equipment to build windows, doors, and related components Follow standard work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards Inspect parts and finished products for defects and accurate measurements Handle materials, load/unload components, and stage products for next operations Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5 S/continuous improvement Work collaboratively with team members and leads to meet daily production goals Report equipment or safety issues promptly to supervisors Accurately record production data and follow documentation requirements Required Skills Assembly line operation Manufacturing safety procedures Use of hand and power tools Quality inspection Reading production work orders Basic mechanical aptitude Materials handling Measurement tools (tape, calipers) Basic equipment troubleshooting Packing and loading
