Job Summary Join our production team as a Production Associate, building high-quality windows and doors from start to finish. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision, teamwork, and safety come first. You'll work across multiple stations on the production floor. Your work directly affects the quality of every product that leaves our building and how quickly we get it to our customers. Responsibilities Assemble window and door components accurately according to work orders and specifications Lift, carry, and position frames, sashes, glass units, and finished products, including items weighing 75 lbs or more Inspect your own work for defects and flag quality issues before product moves to the next process Load, unload, and move materials and finished goods using carts, tables, and pallets Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting technique and use of required PPE Keep your work area clean, organized, and stocked Work with your team to meet daily production targets and quality standards Cross-train on other stations as needed Requirements Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs or more on a regular basis Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for a full shift Prior factory, manufacturing, or construction experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Basic tape measure reading and math skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn new skills and work at different stations Good teamwork and communication skills Physical Demands and Work Environment This position requires frequent lifting of 75 lbs or more, along with continuous standing and repetitive motion. The work takes place on a manufacturing floor with exposure to noise, dust, and changing temperatures. Safety glasses, gloves, and other PPE are required in designated areas. Schedule and Pay First shift, Monday through Friday Starting pay: $17.00/hour Pay increase after successful completion of the probationary period Must be authorized to work in the United States.
