Role Overview We are seeking an individual with prior experience operating multi-head industrial embroidery equipment to join our production team. Core Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed production work orders. Configure and operate several 6-head embroidery units simultaneously. Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation throughout production cycles. Optimize workflow efficiency to hit delivery targets while upholding high standards of quality control. Apply expertise in handling a diverse range of materials, such as fleece, polos, outerwear, headwear, and accessories, by selecting appropriate stabilizers and techniques for each fabric. Collaborate closely with the Department Supervisor while demonstrating the initiative to work autonomously and support departmental oversight when required. Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on machinery. Maintain reliable transportation and a consistent, punctual attendance record. Assist team members in various departments as operational needs arise.
