Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Graphic Print Production Associate to join our sign shop team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality printed graphics, signs, banners, SEG displays and related products while ensuring projects are completed accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a print production environment and be comfortable operating large-format printers, Colex cutters, laminators, and other production equipment. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is required. Knowledge in dye sublimation, latex, UV inks, and graphic design experience are a plus. Morris Brothers Graphics We are a full-service wide-format graphics and signage company specializing in high-impact visual solutions for the trade show industry. With a commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service, we help our clients bring their ideas to life through vibrant, durable, and visually engaging graphic displays. Our production capabilities include Dye Sublimation, Latex, and UV printing technologies, allowing us to print on a wide range of substrates. Responsibilities Operate large-format printers, plotters, laminators, and dye sublimation equipment. Prepare print files and artwork for production. Produce and finish signs, banners, decals, vehicle graphics, and other custom products. Create print files and operate preflight software for production. Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets customer specifications. Maintain production equipment and work areas in a clean and organized manner. Assist with tracking, packaging and preparing completed orders for delivery or pickup. Work closely with team members to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications Required:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team setting. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Experience with Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
Preferred:
Experience in a print shop, or graphic production environment. Knowledge of large-format printing and SEG Graphics. Graphic design experience.
