Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a General Production Associate to join their team. As a General Production Associate you will be part of the Production team supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a willingness to learn and follow instructions, and the drive to maintain quality while working efficiently.

Shift:

Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM What's the Job? Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and perform physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions. Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or material handling equipment as assigned. Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting safe work habits. Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed. Perform visual inspections of product to help ensure quality, while supporting housekeeping and general maintenance in the work area. What's Needed? Ability to follow operational standard work, work instructions, and location rules and procedures. Comfort working in a production environment where safety, accuracy, and consistency matter. Willingness to operate assigned equipment and perform material handling tasks as directed. Attention to detail for visual product inspection and quality checks. Commitment to housekeeping and maintaining a clean, organized work area. What's in it for me?
