Crema is a growing dessert brand specializing in premium Signature Jars, cream spreads, and indulgent treats. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Production & Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position that combines food production at our South Amboy kitchen with e-commerce order fulfillment at our Saddle Brook warehouse . The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities as the company continues to grow. What You'll DoKitchen Production - South Amboy, NJ Approximately 1-2 days per week Responsibilities include: Assist with the preparation and production of Oh! Crema products Assemble, fill, and package dessert jars according to company recipes and standards Measure and portion ingredients accurately Label and package finished products Prepare products for storage and transportation Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen workspace Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with ingredient and packaging inventory Clean equipment, utensils, and production areas Help the production team meet daily production goals Perform other production-related duties as needed Order Fulfillment - Saddle Brook, NJ Remaining scheduled workdays Responsibilities include: Pick and pack Oh! Crema online orders accurately Prepare customer orders for shipment Pack products carefully to ensure they arrive safely Print and apply shipping labels Prepare shipping boxes and packing materials Restock products and fulfillment supplies Organize warehouse inventory Assist with receiving and putting away incoming inventory Maintain a clean and organized packing area Help the fulfillment team meet daily shipping deadlines Perform other warehouse and fulfillment duties as needed Driving & Company Vehicle This position may require driving for company-related tasks, including transporting products, supplies, or inventory between Oh! Crema facilities or completing other business-related errands. A company van will be provided for all authorized work-related driving. Employees will not be expected to use their personal vehicle or add mileage to their personal vehicle for company-related tasks. Your personal transportation is only required to get to and from your scheduled work location. When driving is required as part of your shift, you will be provided with the Oh! Crema company vehicle. Requirements Valid driver's license required Must be comfortable working at both South Amboy, NJ and Saddle Brook, NJ Must be comfortable driving a company van when required for work-related duties Safe and responsible driving habits Reliable, punctual, and responsible Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and company procedures Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable performing repetitive production, packing, and fulfillment tasks Able to safely lift and move boxes, ingredients, and supplies as needed Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and take on different responsibilities Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in both kitchen and warehouse environments Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery, food production facility, warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, shipping, packing, or similar environment is preferred but not required. Saddle Brook, NJ:

Remaining scheduled workdays assisting with order fulfillment and warehouse operations. Candidates must have reliable transportation to arrive at the location where they are scheduled to work. You will not be required to drive your personal vehicle between facilities or use your personal vehicle for company errands, deliveries, or transportation of products. A company van will be provided whenever work-related driving is required.
