A Cheerful Giver is a candle and home fragrance manufacturer located in Sewell, NJ. We manufacture over 1,350 products here in our facility and are seeking an experienced individual to join our team. We seek an experienced, hard working individual with "core" warehousing and production experience. We will teach you how to manufacture and our process. We have a great team and are looking for someone to join and help make a difference.

Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team to set up production runs to manufacture candles. Make batches containing liquid wax, color and fragrance. Produce product as efficiently as possible, conduct inventory and request raw materials. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work area. Minimize any production errors and improve on our processes.

Requirements:

2+ years experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Demonstrated ability to solve tough problems. Demonstrated process and organizational focus for day to day activities. Ability to perform general machine repairs is a plus Must possess an overly positive attitude. Must be computer literate. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs on a consistent basis. A valid drives license with a clean record. Agree to random drug screening. This is the perfect position for individuals who like to make products and be on the go for most of the day. We have a great team environment and you should be a team oriented person. This is a Monday through Friday Full Time Position. This is a hands on production position.
