Overview Awesome Graphics LLC is looking for a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join our team in Hobbs, New Mexico. Our company produces signs, decals, banners, vehicle graphics, embroidered apparel, printed shirts and promotional products. This position will assist with different types of production throughout the shop. This position will begin part-time, with the possibility of becoming full-time based on job performance and the needs of the company. Previous experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, pays attention to detail, follows instructions and wants to learn. Duties Read and follow work orders and production instructions Help produce signs, decals, banners and apparel Prepare materials for printing, cutting, embroidery and heat pressing Weed vinyl and apply decals and graphics Measure materials and completed products accurately Inspect orders for correct spelling, colors, quantities and quality Finish, fold, package and organize completed orders Operate production equipment after completing training Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized Report questions, mistakes or equipment problems immediately Help coworkers and other departments when needed Receive and organize incoming materials and products Follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements Skills and Qualifications Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Willing to learn new equipment and processes Able to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable using computers Able to use basic hand tools and measuring tools Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Able to work independently after receiving training Works well with customers and coworkers Takes responsibility for completing work correctly Communicates questions and problems clearly Stays productive without constant supervision Experience with signs, printing, decals, embroidery, heat pressing, apparel, fabrication or production is helpful but not required. Schedule Monday through Friday Daytime hours Part-time with the possibility of becoming full-time In-person position in Hobbs, New Mexico Full-Time Benefits Applicants should understand that this position begins part-time.
