$16.00 per hour Cymmetrik Technologies USA Southwest, Inc. is seeking motivated Technicians to join our team in Santa Teresa, NM. The Technician will support manufacturing operations by performing assembly, inspection, testing, and production-related activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform assembly and production tasks according to work instructions. Operate manufacturing equipment and tools safely. Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met. Troubleshoot minor production issues and report concerns to supervisors. Maintain accurate production and inspection records. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Keep work areas clean and organized. Support additional production and operational needs as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous technician, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Basic computer skills preferred. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
