We're looking for dependable individuals to join our production team—no food manufacturing experience required, just a great attitude and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do:

Operate cheese-making equipment according to training and specifications Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards Handle and move cheese products safely Open and prepare items for processing Label and organize products correctly Move finished items to cold storage Help make packaging materials and assemble molds Stack and load products onto pallets for shipment

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable doing physical work (lifting up to 40 lbs, standing, bending, reaching) Willingness to learn and take on different tasks as needed Positive attitude and strong work ethic Must follow all company GMPs and work consistent with food safety, quality and sanitation requirements Why Join Yancey's Fancy?
