Pay Rate:
$25.00-30.00/hour Job Summary Client is seeking a Quality Specialist / Quality Technician to support daily quality activities within a manufacturing environment. This position will focus on identifying, documenting, investigating, and resolving product and process nonconformances. The Quality Specialist will work closely with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Machining, Assembly, and Test teams to help ensure quality issues are contained and resolved efficiently. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple departments to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Identify and document product and process nonconformances Investigate quality issues and assist with determining root causes Support timely containment and corrective action activities Work closely with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations teams Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving activities Monitor manufacturing processes for quality issues and trends Support corrective action implementation and follow-up Maintain accurate quality documentation and records Help identify opportunities for continuous improvement Support quality activities in machining, assembly, and test environments Communicate quality concerns and findings to appropriate team members Help ensure products and processes meet established quality requirements Contribute to improved product quality and customer satisfaction Qualifications Manufacturing or quality experience preferred Experience with quality control, quality assurance, manufacturing quality, or production quality Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to investigate and document quality issues Ability to identify potential root causes and support corrective actions Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Comfortable working in a machining, assembly, manufacturing, or test environment Ability to manage multiple quality issues and priorities
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
