Ball Chain Mfg. operates several divisions including ShimmerScreen, LogoTags, and Bona Fide Masks. The company serves military, commercial, interior design, jewelry, and consumer markets worldwide. Job Description We are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Assistant to join our in-house promotional products division. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mount Vernon, NY , working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment. The Production Assistant will support daily production operations, including operating digital printing machines, laser engraving equipment, and embossing machines . The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers, and able to learn and operate production equipment efficiently. Key Responsibilities Operate digital printing, laser engraving, and embossing equipment. Prepare and process products according to job specifications. Monitor production quality and ensure accuracy and consistency. Meet production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Perform routine production and organizational tasks. Use computer systems and software to support production activities. Follow instructions and established production procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to complete orders efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace. Qualifications Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and equipment. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. Strong ability to take direction and follow instructions. Collaborative team player with a positive attitude. Previous experience with digital printing, laser engraving, embossing, or promotional products is a plus, but not required.
