About the Role As an Apparel Decoration Specialist, you will play a vital role in bringing custom designs to life by managing the technical production of high-quality embroidered goods. You will leverage your expertise in machine operation and file preparation to ensure every garment meets our rigorous standards for precision and aesthetic excellence. Responsibilities Configure and manage multi-head embroidery equipment to achieve optimal production output. Execute precise hooping, threading, and garment loading to maintain high-volume throughput. Translate client artwork into production-ready DST files and manage customized name and numbering layouts. Perform critical quality assurance checks on thread tension, design placement, and overall stitch integrity. Proactively troubleshoot mechanical or software-related production hurdles to minimize downtime. Maintain a highly organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow and accurate order tracking. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience operating commercial embroidery machinery. Proficiency in preparing and editing DST embroidery files. Demonstrated ability to manage complex production schedules independently. Strong commitment to quality control and meticulous attention to detail. Preferred Skills Direct experience with Ricoma embroidery systems. Background in apparel manufacturing or custom garment decoration. Experience with digitizing software for custom embroidery applications.
