Full Time, Monday-Friday Wage:
$20.00 +, dependent on experience

Include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k employer match, tuition assistance, PTO, and 12 days of paid Holidays The Technical Production Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining manufacturing equipment used to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications. This role supports production operations through equipment setup, quality inspection, troubleshooting, and process improvement activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment, including CNC-operated machinery, to produce wooden spool products according to customer specifications Review work orders, drawings, blueprints, and production specifications to ensure accurate product output and quality standards Perform machine adjustments, calibrations, and routine troubleshooting to maintain production efficiency and product quality. Use measuring and inspection tools such as calipers, gauges, and other precision instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances Identify and resolve equipment, process, or product quality issues and recommend corrective actions when needed Support CNC cutting and routing operations using Shop Bot equipment and Vectric software or demonstrate the ability to learn CNC programming and operation quickly Provide guidance to production team members on quality, safety, and proper equipment operation Maintain compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and manufacturing best practices in a production environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required Three (3) years of experience in manufacturing, production, woodworking, machine operation, assembly, fabrication, construction trades, or a related technical field Experience with CNC machinery, CNC routers, Shop Bot equipment, Vectric software, woodworking equipment, or similar automated production systems preferred Experience reading drawings, blueprints, work orders, or production specifications preferred
