This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, safety-focused environment where precision, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork are essential. Whether you're experienced in factory operations or eager to develop new skills, you will play a vital part in producing high-quality products efficiently and safely. All manufacturing positions are members of the IAM union. Duties Operate various manufacturing equipment, including hand tools, ensuring proper use and safety compliance Interpret production documents, and assembly instructions to execute tasks accurately Utilize measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality standards throughout the production process Perform manual handling and heavy lifting (maxium of 35 lbs) as required to support assembly line operations and material movement Maintain adherence to safety protocols and standards in all aspects of production activities Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements Manage inventory of parts and materials, ensuring proper storage and timely replenishment for continuous workflow Experience Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred Familiarity with manufacturing management principles and lean manufacturing techniques is advantageous Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and using measuring instruments or gauges Knowledge of safety protocol adherence, manual handling procedures, and process improvement strategies Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
