As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Roastery Team and contribute to our ongoing success. Responsibilities Assist the Head Coffee Roaster with daily roasting operations Weigh, stage, and prepare green coffee for production Package, label, and organize roasted coffee for customer orders Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on roasting and packaging equipment Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency in finished products Assist with receiving and storing green coffee shipments Keep roasting facility clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards Support order fulfillment and shipping as needed Qualifications Ability to lift 50+lbs regularly Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Ability to operate safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment Prior coffee experience is preferred Join us as a Roastery Assistant where your enthusiasm for craft coffee combined with your technical skills will contribute directly to creating exceptional products. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
