What You'll Do:

As a Production Worker, you'll support the manufacturing of custom bags, pouches, liners, covers, and specialty packaging products by performing a variety of production and assembly tasks.

Responsibilities may include:

Assembling, sealing, cutting, and packaging products according to work instructions Operating manual and semi-automated production equipment Self-checking work to ensure quality standards are met Following production schedules and job specifications Maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and production-ready work area Reporting quality, equipment, or material concerns to supervisors Working cooperatively with teammates to meet production goals Following all company safety policies and procedures Opportunities for Growth Many of our Machine Operators, Hand Fabricators, Setup Technicians, and production leaders started in entry-level production roles.
