Production Support Specialist About the

Dasher International is a Webster-based firm that supports clients with print, promotional products, and decorated apparel. Founded in 2023, the company is young and quickly expanding which provides a great opportunity for the right individual to join a growth company at the ground floor.

Job Summary:

Looking to hire a motivated individual as a Production Support Specialist. Starting out, this role is in support of production operators with production staging and finishing. Specific activities include but are not limited to:

• Finishing
• Packout
• Shipping & receiving
• Warehousing
• Quality Control
• Order tracking
• Order Entry

Heat Pressing Duties/Responsibilities:

• Check in, in-bound materials.
• Reviews and follows project specifications to produce products.
• Follows production schedules to meet client deadlines.
• Prep materials for artwork placement.
• Stage materials.
• Update production schedules as needed.
• Proactively communicate issues and opportunities with account management team and supervisor.
• Pack out customer shipments.
• Support warehousing activities including cleaning, cycle counts, and purging inventory.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Attention to detail is a must.
• Self starter - able to create task lists when given priority details.
• Ability to take direction and follow schedules and production ticket details.
• Ability to read and interpret production tickets and match proofs.
• Dasher International will train employee on specific equipment, processes, and procedures.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required;

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and operating a heat press.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.

Hours of Work:

• Monday - Friday 9AM - 4PM.
• Overtime/Saturday as needed.
• Expected standard weekly hours 32-40.

Full-time Pay Range:

$20 per hour

Benefits:

• 80 hours PTO in first year after trial period.
