You'll learn a specialized manufacturing process while mixing, forming, finishing, and inspecting manufactured components. What You'll Do Mix and prepare materials according to production requirements Form and finish manufactured components Inspect completed work for quality Follow established production instructions and processes Handle and move materials throughout the work area Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace What You'll Need Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and learn a multi-step production process Ability to stand throughout an 8-hour shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required Why Apply? 1st shift: 6:00 AM
