Job Description

MCC seeks a Die Cut Feeder/Jogger to support print and packaging production that advances our global relief, development, and peace mission. This role loads, jogs, and aligns paper or board into die-cutting equipment, monitors operation, and inspects output for quality and accuracy. The Feeder/Jogger assists with basic troubleshooting, changeovers, and material handling, following strict safety and housekeeping standards. Working in a faith-driven, team-based environment, this position supports efficient, reliable production that enables MCC's communication, donor, and program materials worldwide. Responsibilities Load, jog, and align paper or board into die-cutting equipment to maintain steady, accurate feeding. Monitor machine operation and collaborate with operators to ensure quality, registration, and consistency. Inspect finished pieces for cuts, defects, counts, and conformance to job specifications. Assist with basic machine adjustments, changeovers, and cleanup between jobs. Handle materials, stack and palletize finished product, and label loads accurately. Follow all safety, PPE, and housekeeping standards in a production environment. Record production data, counts, and quality checks as required. Support a collaborative, faith-driven culture aligned with MCC's relief and peacebuilding mission.
