Position Overview:
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality appliances that serve customers worldwide. You will work alongside a dynamic team in a supportive environment that values safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and install components with precision, utilizing both hand and power tools. Operate on a moving assembly line, maintaining consistent productivity and quality standards. Prepare products for shipment through crate assembly, packaging, and labeling. Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure a safe working environment. What's in It for

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior experience in warehouse or assembly is a plus but not required. Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively in English. Physical stamina to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per shift. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 30 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Steel-toe or safety-toe footwear is required for safety and compliance.

Pay Details:
$19.85 to $21.10 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
