Experience Proven experience in dimensional inspection within a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical sectors. Strong knowledge of quality assurance practices including QA/QC procedures, quality systems, and regulatory compliance standards. Hands-on experience operating coordinate measuring machines (CMM), vision inspection systems, height gauges, and other precision measurement tools. Familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 9001 and
ISO 13485
related to quality management systems. Understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical blueprint interpretation, and measurement instrument calibration. Ability to interpret production documents accurately while adhering to strict quality standards. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; capable of performing basic math calculations related to measurements. Knowledge of FDA regulations governing medical device manufacturing or similar regulated environments is highly desirable. Join our team as a Dimensional Inspector on the weekend shift to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards through meticulous inspection and analysis.
