• Job Summary
• A growing manufacturing facility in the Hiram area is seeking dependable Production Laborers to join its team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who are motivated, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Responsibilities
• Perform general labor and production duties as assigned.
• Assist with manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule.
• Requirements
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Attendance is critical; candidates must demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
• Must be able to work the scheduled shift consistently.
