In this position, you will assemble small parts used to make fluid applicators. This is a hands-on role that demands a high level of accuracy, consistency, hand dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions.

Monday-Friday, generally 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. with overtime required based on production needs

•Weekly Pay! Job Duties Assemble small parts Make sure the correct parts, materials, and tools are being used. Inspect finished parts Use a scanner to track production and completed parts. Use small hand tools and automated equipment. Learn different assembly processes and become comfortable working with various parts. All other duties as assigned Job Requirements/What we are looking for: Someone who is dependable and motivated & can work both independently and with a team Someone who enjoys working with small parts and pays close attention to details. Someone who can follow written instructions and assembly procedures. A willingness to learn new tasks. Someone who can read and use a ruler, including measurements in inches and millimeters. Someone who has neat, readable handwriting. The ability to work at a steady pace while maintaining quality. Work Environment Work is performed in a temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. Most of the facility is relatively quiet, although some areas may have moderate noise. Most work is performed while seated or standing at a stationary tabletop. You will regularly use a scanner and small hand tools. You may occasionally be around moving mechanical equipment. Hearing protection is generally not required for this position. Physical Requirements This position involves working with very small parts, sometimes only a few millimeters in size.

You should be comfortable with:

Seeing and measuring small objects accurately. Using your hands to assemble and adjust small parts. Looking down at your work for extended periods. Remaining in one position for extended periods while completing tasks. Repeatedly pushing down or applying pressure when using tools or equipment.
