Fridays as needed (8 hrs - 1:00 pm-9:00 pm) Overview Join our manufacturing team as a Utility operator or Groover operator and become a vital part of creating high-quality products in a fast-paced factory environment. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to work hands-on assembling an array of products and contribute to efficient manufacturing processes. We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a fast paced setting and are eager to develop their skills in manufacturing and assembly operations. Responsibilities Assist in the assembly of products both by hand and by operating light machinery to ensure quality standards are met. Operate workstations for assembly tasks, ensuring all necessary tools and parts are available and correct. Conduct inspections of assembled products for defects or inconsistencies, maintaining high quality throughout production. Utilize tape measures and calipers to verify product specifications to manufacturing drawing and prints. Follow safety procedures diligently, including proper handling of equipment and materials to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently. Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with assembly processes and factory operations. Hands-on experience with hand tools and mechanical systems is advantageous. Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows and assembly procedures is beneficial. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn new techniques quickly is essential. Previous use of factory safety protocols ensures adherence to best practices in a manufacturing setting.
