Full Time Weekly Pay Job Summary We are currently hiring dependable and motivated individuals for a General Labor / Powder Coating position on 1st shift. This role involves supporting the powder coating production process by racking, hanging, and unpacking metal parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

JOB DUTIES ALSO INCLUDE POWDER COATING PARTS IN THE PAINT ROOM.

Responsibilities Rack and hang metal parts prior to powder coating Powder coating parts in the paint room Remove and unpack finished parts after coating process Inspect parts for quality and proper handling Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Assist with other general labor duties as needed Qualifications Ability to stand for extended periods during shift Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits Weekly pay Opportunity to gain manufacturing experience Steady 2nd shift schedule Apply Today Candidates looking for hands-on manufacturing and production work are encouraged to apply.
