Operates and monitors industrial production equipment, performs quality checks and routine equipment maintenance, and supports chemical manufacturing operations in accordance with established safety and production procedures. Job Requirements Knowledge of industrial safety practices, mechanical equipment operation, and manufacturing procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks. Ability to perform physical activities involving walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, and kneeling. Ability to work in manufacturing environments with varying temperatures and physical conditions. Visual acuity of 20/20, with corrective lenses if needed. Ability to perform confined-space work after completing required training and authorization. Preferred Skills Experience working with chemicals or in a light chemical manufacturing environment. Previous experience operating industrial production machinery. Experience reading and following manufacturing SOPs and equipment operating manuals. Forklift operation experience. Knowledge of industrial chemical processing and product quality control. Experience with autonomous maintenance, including equipment lubrication, adjustments, and cleaning. Experience with confined-space entry procedures and industrial tank cleaning. Experience conducting workplace safety inspections and audits. Experience training manufacturing operators or general labor personnel. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established SOPs, production instructions, and safety requirements. Perform equipment startup and shutdown procedures as directed. Monitor multiple production processes and identify equipment malfunctions, material issues, or quality deviations. Inspect products during manufacturing and report nonconforming conditions to supervisory personnel. Maintain accurate production counts, material usage records, and required manufacturing documentation. Follow chemical handling procedures, Hazard Communication requirements, and applicable safety regulations. Select, wear, inspect, and maintain appropriate PPE for assigned operations. Apply Lockout/Tagout procedures when authorized and required for equipment maintenance activities. Perform routine autonomous maintenance, including equipment lubrication, adjustments, and cleaning. Maintain production lines and work areas in a clean, organized, and hazard-free condition. Support equipment cleaning, housekeeping, and general plant maintenance activities. Perform confined-space tank cleaning after completing required training and receiving authorization. Clean mixing tanks using shovels, air tools, and other approved equipment according to established confined-space procedures. Participate in cross-training for multiple manufacturing line positions. Train new manufacturing associates and general labor personnel on assigned production procedures. Conduct safety inspections, participate in safety audits, and attend required safety training. Support established workplace safety targets and corrective action initiatives. Perform general production and material handling duties to meet manufacturing requirements. Follow established quality, security, environmental, and operational procedures.

Pay:
