Key Responsibilities:

Operate conveyor-style production lines or work at dedicated stations to assemble and install parts with precision and care. Use hand tools or automated equipment to ensure accurate and quality assembly of products. Handle crating and packaging of materials, components, and finished goods, maintaining a focus on safety and quality. Follow verbal and written instructions diligently to uphold safety standards and ensure efficient workflows. Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

No prior experience necessary — entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply! Willingness to obtain a diploma or GED to transition into a permanent role with Whirlpool. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and maneuver around the warehouse. Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. consistently. Strong attention to detail with a dependable ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Pay Details:
