Fabrication Key Responsibilities:

Load steel sheets onto cutting and fabrication equipment Maneuver and position steel to ensure accurate processing Operate and monitor machinery throughout the cutting process Inspect materials and finished parts for quality and accuracy Handle and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs. Follow production specifications and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area

Paint Department Key Responsibilities:

Hang parts onto a moving paint line Remove painted parts from the line after processing Operate a spray gun inside a paint booth Inspect finished parts for quality Stack and prepare completed parts for shipping Maintain a clean and safe work environment What We're Looking For Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and safety Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Manufacturing, fabrication, machine operation, or production experience is preferred but not required Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed Long-Term Opportunity These are temp-to-hire positions with the potential for permanent employment based on attendance, performance, and company needs.
