Lima, OH Impact Employment Solutions is currently hiring Machine Operators for a food manufacturing facility in Lima, Ohio. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who have experience operating production equipment and are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery used for filling, weighing, and packaging food products.
• Set up and adjust equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Monitor conveyors, packaging equipment, and product weights.
• Inspect finished products for proper packaging, seals, labeling, and quality.
• Replenish packaging materials and supplies as needed.
• Identify equipment malfunctions and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Follow food safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and company safety guidelines.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitized.
• Assist with additional production duties as needed. Job Requirements
• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40-60 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable standing and working for 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and powered lifting equipment.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in temperature-controlled or refrigerated environments.
