We are a 24 hour - 7 day a week manufacturing operation, seeking reliable, hard-working Production Associates who will be a valuable part of our production team. Regular work schedule includes a rotating schedule. One week is 36 hours followed by a 48-hour work week. Our manufacturing environment includes a fast-paced environment with a high regard for Safety and Quality. SOPREMA manufactures a comprehensive line of roofing, waterproofing, wall protection and civil engineering solutions. The Wadsworth, Oh facility manufactures SBS modified asphalt rolls as well as liquid technologies for the industry. SOPREMA is a family-owned dynamic company with opportunities for advancement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

Manual and automated handling of rolled roofing membrane While most of the work is automated, team members will at time have to handle heavy material and will need the ability to lift 75 pounds. Material handling and forklift operation is required with on-the-job training and internal certification provided Employees cross-train in different areas of production and rotates as needed Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with a high regard for safety and quality
