We are a manufacturing facility that specializes in adhesive coating and lamination. We are looking for a production employee who has a solid work history, a good work ethic and someone that works well on a team. Must be able to handle working in the summer heat, have good attendance and a good attitude. We aren't looking to fill a role, we are looking to add a long-term employee! Job Highlights

• 1st shift, Full Time.
• Pay starts at $16.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn $17.50 with the weekly attendance bonus!
• Weekly, quarterly & yearly attendance bonus!
• Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts. 5am-3:30pm (Fridays, as needed)

• Run various machines in a team-based environment.
• Cross train in different areas of the plant.
• Work individually or in 2-4 person teams.
• General labor tasks, as assigned.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Heavy lifting required. (maneuvering 55-gallon barrels of adhesive)
• Mechanical aptitude is a must.
• Operating the Overhead Crane.
• Packaging rolls of material on a skid. Requirements
• Must have good attendance and be punctual.
• MUST have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a pr-employment drug screen and background check.
• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Must occasionally be able to lift up to 50 pounds, 100 pounds in group effort.
• Must be able to bend, twist, stand for long periods of time, walk, climb, and stoop.
