Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pre Roll Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient production of pre-rolled products, ensuring quality standards are met through precise machine operation and inspection. Your expertise will help maintain smooth workflow, uphold safety protocols, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative production processes while developing valuable skills in industrial equipment and quality control. Duties Operate and monitor pre-roll manufacturing machinery(Futurola), to produce consistent, high-quality products. Conduct thorough quality inspections using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy and product integrity. Perform setup, calibration, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance on machinery. Conduct dimensional measurements and quality control checks throughout the production process to identify defects or deviations early. Assist with fabrication and assembly tasks as needed, supporting lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency. Document production data accurately, including measurements, machine settings, and inspection results for quality records and process improvements. Experience Previous experience working with plastics production processes such as injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding is highly desirable. Hands-on knowledge of industrial equipment troubleshooting including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robotic systems, CNC machinery, and other manufacturing automation tools. Familiarity with safety procedures related to machine operation, materials handling, and industrial environments. Experience in a manufacturing setting involving machining, fabrication, or assembly is preferred. Basic math skills for measurement calculations and process adjustments are essential.
