About the Position Reaction Wraps & Graphics is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Specialist to prepare and produce vehicle graphics, signs, banners, and other printed materials. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with equipment, staying organized, and producing quality work. Responsibilities Operate large-format printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, and related production equipment. Review work orders and approved artwork to confirm materials, dimensions, quantities, and finishing requirements before production. Print, laminate, cut, weed, mask, and trim vinyl graphics. Apply graphics to sign substrates and assemble finished signs and other products. Organize and label completed graphics for installation or customer pickup. Inspect finished work for print defects, color consistency, accurate sizing, and proper finishing. Coordinate with designers and installers to keep projects moving and communicate issues promptly. Track material usage and notify management when supplies need to be ordered. Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance according to manufacturer instructions. Keep production areas clean, organized, and safe. Record time spent on projects and follow established production procedures. Qualifications Experience in sign production, large-format printing, vinyl graphics, or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to read measurements accurately and use basic math. Comfort using computers and learning production software and equipment. Good organization and time-management skills. Ability to follow instructions, manage priorities, and work independently and with a team. Dependability and consistent attendance. Ability to perform hands-on tasks involving standing, bending, reaching, and moving materials, with reasonable accommodation as needed. Preferred Experience Operating RIP software, large-format printers, plotters, and laminators. Working with adhesive vinyl, laminate, banners, and rigid sign materials. Applying vinyl to flat panels and finishing signs. Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and print file setup. Work Environment This is an on-site position in a working vehicle wrap and sign shop. The Production Specialist will work closely with our design and installation teams to ensure projects are accurately produced and ready on schedule.
