We offer steady Monday-Friday hours from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, competitive pay, and the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. Compensation:
$19 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:
Assist machine operators by preparing materials and ensuring smooth workflow. Hand-sand materials to meet quality standards, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly. Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions to supervisors. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but we're excited to train motivated individuals. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. Proven track record of collaborating effectively with team members to achieve common goals. Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly. Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for all. Willingness to learn and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes. Excellent communication skills to report equipment performance and any malfunctions to supervisors clearly and promptly.
