POSITION SUMMARY

Oregon Door is looking for a Machine Operator to safely manufacture high quality products to specifications, while meeting or exceeding productivity targets. A Machine Operator will provide value by labor support to the operation team through a operating specific machine.

SHIFT:

6:00am - 4:30pm

WAGE:

$20.00/hr

DOE ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate any work-related issues to the supervisors Enforces safety policies at all time Ability to keep workforce engaged and production running smoothly Reports any personnel issues to the Production Manager and/or Human Resource manager Help assistant the machine operators safely and per SOP. Sand doors in proper order to create optimum production results. Communicate effectively with production team to ensure proper finishing applications are applied. Perform quality check and any other duties for maximum production potential

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. Must have previous experience as a Machine Operator Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic math skills. Must have attention to details and basic mechanical aptitude. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems. Must be able to lift between 10-30 lbs. frequently, 50-75 lbs. occasionally, 75+ lbs. rarely Must keep work area clean and be safety oriented always Must be self-motivated, have strong work ethic, and desire to take initiative

EDUCATION

Must have a high school diploma or G.E.
