Misty Mountain Mushrooms in Yamhill, Oregon is hiring! We are looking for an honest, reliable, and hard-working person to join our production team. You must have reliable transportation (we are located about 7 miles from the center of Yamhill and the closest bus stop). This is a full-time and permanent job (not seasonal). We are currently looking for at least one person to work Sunday-Thursday from 6:00 am to approximately 2:30 pm. We try to keep everyone's hours around 40 hours per week, but the nature of the job requires some flexibility. A range of 37-42 hours/week is most common.

Duties Include:

Preparing and bagging the mushroom block mixture Picking and boxing of mushrooms Filling daily orders going out for delivery Moving the mushroom blocks into and out of the incubation and growing rooms as needed Cleaning and sanitizing all equipment and production areas as needed Various general farm work Lifting up to 50 lbs at a time without restrictions Starting pay is $18.00/hour and there is a production picking bonus available based on speed and accuracy. Overtime pay is provided for any time you work more than 40 hours in a weekly pay period. We also offer sick pay as well as a bonus check equal to 40 hours of work after completing 1 year of work and every "work anniversary" after that.
