Job Description

Focus Workforce Management is now interviewing Production Associates to join our team in Alburtis, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble product components on the assembly line according to specifications and quality standards

Qualifications & Skills:

Mechanical aptitude with experience in manufacturing or production environments Familiarity with assembly line procedures and techniques Proficient in using hand tools and power tools Forklift experience is a plus (not required—training provided) High attention to detail and a commitment to quality Strong team player with excellent communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving production needs

Additional Duties:
