What You'll Do Depending on your department, you may: Warehouse & Distribution Pick and pack customer orders Use RF scanners to locate and pull products Label, box, and prepare shipments Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment Move and stack products weighing up to 50 lbs Wire Harness Assembly Assemble wire harnesses used in vehicle lighting systems Measure and cut wire using a tape measure Perform basic assembly, splicing, and testing Read work instructions and follow quality standards Work with color-coded wiring Molding Department Operate plastic molding machines Perform quality inspections Change molds and materials as needed Maintain equipment and production standards What We're Looking For Reliable attendance Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work safely Team-oriented attitude Basic math skills Helpful Experience Manufacturing Assembly Warehouse Picking/Packing RF Scanner Use Pallet Jack Operation Forklift Experience (training available) No prior manufacturing experience required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.70 - $20.80/hr.
