We're currently seeking a General Helper who is dependable, hardworking, and eager to contribute to a team-driven manufacturing environment. What You'll Do As a General Helper, you'll play an important role in supporting our heat treat operations by: Assisting heat treat processors with daily production activities

Sandblasting and preparing customer materials for processing

Fixturing and handling parts throughout the production process

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Following established procedures to ensure quality and consistency

Supporting team members to help meet customer expectations and production goals What We're Looking For Successful candidates will demonstrate: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to follow instructions and established procedures

Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional and respectful communication skills

Basic experience using hand tools

Ability to learn and successfully complete heat treating coursework and testing Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)

Ability to work in hot and cold manufacturing environments Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following experience is a plus: Heat treating experience or knowledge of heat treatment principles

Manufacturing, tooling, machining, or industrial experience

Experience using metallurgical testing equipment
