What You'll Do:

As a Color Mixer, you'll be the go-to expert responsible for ensuring every batch meets exact specifications. You'll support production by: Mixing custom and standard color batches using detailed formulas Monitoring and adjusting ink properties to ensure consistent product quality Pitching in across the Print Department—covering breaks and assisting where needed Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in print operations, textile production, or color matching Strong ability to differentiate color shades and tones Attention to detail—you catch the things others miss Team player mindset, with a willingness to learn all aspects of print production Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stay active throughout your shift Basic reading and writing skills in
