Shift Options & Pay 1st Shift Monday through Friday 5:30 AM - 2:00

PM Starting Pay:

$13.00 per hour Pay increases to $14.50 per hour upon successful completion of training First day start time: 8:30 AM 2nd Shift Monday through Thursday 2:00 PM - 12:30

AM Starting Pay:

Position Overview As an Embroidery Operator in Training, you will learn to operate embroidery equipment used to personalize apparel, accessories, and other products. Training will be provided in all aspects of the role, including: Embroidery machine operation Product and quality inspection Trimming and finishing embroidered items Packaging completed orders Order verification Quality Control procedures Cleanup and workstation organization Following production and safety standards Attention to detail is essential, as you will be responsible for ensuring designs, thread colors, and product specifications meet quality expectations. Qualifications & Skills Successful candidates should possess: Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Willingness to learn Good hand-eye coordination Quality-focused mindset Reliable attendance Positive attitude Team-oriented approach Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds First Day Information Selected candidates will be added to the onboarding file.
