Job Summary Pulp is looking to hire a driver and production helper to assist in the finishing process and delivery of custom print jobs. This position involves delivery of finished jobs (CDL is not required to operate our delivery van or box truck), cutting and folding equipment, as well as assisting with binding, mailing operations. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and a willingness to help where it is needed on a day-to-day basis. This is a full-time position

• previous experience in print is not required but applicants must take initiative to learn our workflow and be willing to assist where they are needed depending on workload.

Duties Delivering finished jobs to customers. Packaging boxes, preparing skids for delivery, and creating delivery tickets with itemized breakdown of delivered contents. Keeping our vehicles clean and well maintained. Assisting with binding and mailing jobs where help is required for the primary operator. Managing quality control by inspecting jobs as they are worked on, checking for consistency and any defects that may be prevented from finishing operations or mishandling. Paying attention to job related details on each individual order as you work on them and checking with supervisor to make sure finishing details don't get overlooked. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Supporting our team when troubleshooting or repairing machinery is required. Requirements Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks like lifting boxes, transporting materials, preparing skids for freight shipments, and loading jobs on our box truck Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control standards in print finishing. Ability to work effectively as production schedules shift and workloads change daily. Being mechanically inclined is advantageous in this position Hours and Pay 7:30 AM

• 4:00 PM (Mon-Fri, hours can vary slightly).

Starting hourly pay:

$15.00

• there is room for increased pay as proficiency is shown with our equipment/processes.
