Warehouse & Production Operations Hours:

Shifts run 7.5 to 8.5 hours between 7:30 AM

•5:30 PM, Monday

•Friday (Occasional Saturdays if needed).

Assistant Production Supervisor Role:

Support the Production Supervisor in managing daily factory floor activities, balancing manufacturing lines, training floor staff, ensuring throughput goals, and enforcing company safety policies.

Requirements:

Prior manufacturing leadership or line coordination experience preferred; strong team-building, organization, and problem-solving skills. Entry-Level Packers / Assemblers Gather and pick finished medical products directly from production lines. Conduct visual quality checks to ensure packaging matches exact specifications. Assemble, accurately label, and seal shipping boxes. Palletize finished products securely for safe transit. Machine Operators / Maintenance Mechanics Safely set up, monitor, and continuously feed production machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical equipment, watch for jams, and safely resolve minor issues. Perform basic daily preventive maintenance and essential tool wipe-downs. Maintain strict compliance with all facility Lock-Out/Tag-Out safety regulations. Quality Control (QC) Inspectors / Quality Assurance Perform systematic visual inspections for defects, scratches, or incorrect product coloration. Utilize precise physical measurement tools to verify item dimensions and weight requirements. Keep precise, compliant documentation of daily pass/fail metrics on internal spreadsheets. Proactively escalate defects immediately to production supervisors when trends emerge. Material Handlers / Shippers & Receivers Proactively stock raw manufacturing materials directly to production lines. Scan and track physical item locations using digital inventory handheld scanners. Safely load and unload distribution trucks and strategically organize warehouse spaces. Operate manual/electric pallet jacks (Certified Forklift training is provided later for advancement).

Office & Administrative Support Positions Hours:

8:30 AM

•5:00 PM, Monday

•Friday Bookkeeper /

Accountant Role:

Manage full-cycle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and QuickBooks data entry. Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheets).

Requirements:

2+ years of experience, QuickBooks expertise, proficiency in MS Excel, and solid knowledge of GAAP. Administrative Assistant /

Receptionist Role:

Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Greet employees/vendors, manage calendars, answer incoming phones, and handle client correspondence.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience, excellent professional communication skills, ability to navigate the internet, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
