Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly and production processes within a fast-paced factory environment. Shifts:

Must be able to work flexible hours: 8 hours/ 11 pm to 7 am, 10 hours/9pm to 7am and 12 hours/7pm to 7am Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment safely to support assembly line tasks Assist in the assembly of products following detailed specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility and warehouse areas Conduct quality checks throughout production processes to ensure product standards are upheld Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all staff Requirements Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly preferred Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hand tools and power tools is essential Ability to work on an assembly line efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow safety guidelines rigorously Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance standards Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs routinely Must be able to wear steel-toe boots Position requires standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and reaching for duration of 8 hour shift
